1. Marinate
pork shoulders over night with salt and pepper, spicy hot pot sauce, honey, nutmeg, chicken stock and water

onions into pieces

the carrots, garlic and onions aside on a plate

6. Cover
the pan with a piece of aluminum foil and put it in the preheated oven for 4 hours or until it is tender.

讀了一日的文獻和文章,我覺得最重要還是跟隨孩子的興趣 (follow the child),建立一個舒適自然的環境去提高她對學習語言的動機。當然,學習語言也是學習一種文化(culture),也是蒙特梭利的主要學習單元。我女兒這麼愛吃、愛煮,或許我應該跟她讀 Yum Yum Dim Sum一書,然後一起做個包子吃掉(experientiallearning),先從認識廣東飲食文化開始去學習廣東話。讀完書 (reading)、做好「家事」(practical life skills),還可以手舞足動唱首來總結一天(gross motor development)。
